Develop both nutrition “know-how” and nutrition “do-how” which means you can finally stick to the good nutrition habits that produce the body transformation results you desire. There are 7 Lessons in the program, pre-recorded by Jessica, Shelley and Jason that will guide you through the effective and easy-to-follow curriculum developed by Dr. Mike Roussell (PhD, Nutrition Science).

Thursday: 6:30am – 2:00pm | 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 11am
Sunday: Closed
