  • Two meetings will be held in the first few days on Wed., September 20th, and Mon, September 25th. This is by design so we can provide adequate information to give you a solid start. 

  • All meetings are on ZOOM at 7:00 p.m. 

  • All meetings will be recorded so participants can re-watch at their leisure. 

  • Recordings will be posted in the private Facebook group. Facebook account required for participation (we can assist in setting up an alias account, if necessary).

  • Extra tips and recipes in the private Facebook group. 

  • Live attendance is REQUIRED for the first 3 meetings as this information is the foundation of the program. Engaged participants are more successful, always! 

  •  1:1 weekly check-ins with a coach through Google Docs/ Facebook Messenger to ensure homework and tracking is being done, and to answer your questions.


VIP Coaching Upgrade

  • Available to 5 participants ($119 + GST) Everything included with the group coaching above PLUS:

  • Extra 1:1 coaching including DAILY text check-in to ensure compliance. 

  • Private 20 minute Zoom meeting with Coach Jason weeks 1, 3 and 5 for additional help with goal setting, prioritizing action steps, implementation and execution Email info@proactivefit.ca to register. Space is limited to 20 participants (VIP coaching limited to 5).

  • 7 Group Coaching Calls on Zoom over 6 weeks - Precision Nutrition Certified Level 2 Coach, Jason Breen will coach you through the effective and easy-to-follow curriculum developed by Dr. Mike Roussell (PhD, Nutrition Science).

  • Discover the “6 Pillars of Nutrition” so you can stop getting caught up in the latest fad diets and instead focus on a few simple rules that will dramatically improve your results, build your confidence, and have you finally feeling in control of your food choices. 

  • Develop both nutrition “know-how” and nutrition “do-how” which means you can finally stick to the good nutrition habits that produce the body transformation results you desire.

  • Learn how to bust through plateaus by overcoming their two main causes. 

  • Understand the “health ecosystem” you live in and how to optimize it for the best results. 

  • Unlock the secret to getting your friends and family on board with and supportive of your weight loss and health goals. 

  • Gain the knowledge and confidence to navigate any restaurant menu so you never have to choose between eating out and “staying on a diet” again. 

  • With printable handouts every week, you’ll accumulate a living textbook throughout the course of the program … resources you can come back to whenever you need a refresher. 

  • Enjoy delicious, easy-to-cook recipes that you and your family will love! 

  • While it’s always better to attend the Weekly Coaching Calls live, they’ll be recorded … so if you miss one, you can watch it when it’s convenient for you :)
