One-on- one Personal Training

45 minute sessions

Our trainers will develop an exercise plan customized to your needs and goals. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle or train for an epic trip of a lifetime, we can help you get there!

Our trainers will:

  • Perform assessments to track changes in body fat percentage and circumference measurements.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor performance progress.
  • Discuss past injuries, body limitations, and any health history pertinent to your training program.
  • Create programs that are specific to each client.
  • Coach proper form, alignment and keep workouts safe.
  • Have each client leave feeling successful, happy and closer to their goals.
  • Grow relationships with each client so that they feel supported, motivated and held accountable.

Semi-private Training

We offer a second person discount of 25-50%, depending on the contract you choose.
