As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and ensure transparency, we want to inform you about an update to our cancellation policy.
Effective March 1, 2024, our cancellation policy will undergo the following change:

24 hours' notice required to reschedule your session.Â
Sessions cancelled with < 24 hours will be lost.
Our staff dedicates their time to be available for your scheduled sessions. However, an increasing number of cancellations has prompted us to reevaluate our policies. In order to optimize our staff's time and ensure the availability of our other services, we kindly request more notice for any Small Group Training session cancellations.
Any sessions cancelled by ProActive Fitness (due to staff shortage, low attendance numbers etc.) will be reimbursed to your membership plan.
