Knees can be a pain in the butt! And a pain in the knee... 😉 But here's the good news: giving your knees a little extra love can make a big difference. By focusing on mobilizing, stabilizing, and strengthening the feet, hips, and the muscles around the knees, you'll not only help your knees feel better but improve how your feet, hips, and knees move and function! The Knee Health Program is a comprehensive 8-week course designed to reduce tension and stress in your knees while enhancing flexibility and strength in the knees, hips, and feet. Over the next eight weeks, the program focuses on: Mobility: Myofascial release and range-of-motion exercises to increase flexibility. Stability: Strengthening the small internal muscles around the joint to maintain proper alignment. Strength: Building strength in the large muscles around the joint to improve movement. Program Details: The program is broken into 4 steps with each step consisting of a series of exercises to follow for 2 weeks. Each step comes with detailed instructions on how often to complete the exercises and helpful tips. Every exercise includes an instructional video to guide you. Access to the program is available for 1 year, so you can go at your own pace. So all you have to do is watch the videos and do the work!

Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 11am
Sunday: Closed
