Pickleball is a sport that requires dynamic movement in multiple directions. With this dynamic nature comes a higher risk of injury if you aren’t training to improve your physical function & performance. 

 

ProActive Fitness & Anchor Point Training have teamed up to bring you the all encompassing 8 week program "Pickleball Performance". This program is geared towards improving performance on the pickleball court while reducing risk of injury so you can play longer. Multiple facets of physical function will be incorporated throughout including: strength, speed, power, stability, coordination, and joint & tissue resiliency. 

 

We will be predominantly using an anchored set up with a specific resistance band package available for purchase if you don't have anything similar to what we will be using. 

​

You will also need to set up an anchored system, for example, something to the wall or a door frame. This program is designed to be effective at home, a local park, gym or fitness center.

 

This program is tailored for people who are currently active, avid pickleball players or new to pickleball looking to progress further both on and off the court.
