About

This 8 week program is geared towards improving performance on the pickleball court & reduce risk of injury so you can play longer. Multiple facets of physical function will be incorporated throughout including; strength, speed, power, stability, coordination, joint & tissue resiliency. We will be predominantly using an Anchor Point Training set up with specific resistance bands you may have to purchase separately if you don't have anything similar to what we will be using (band package link provided). You will also need to set up an anchored system, something to the wall or a door frame for example. This program is designed to be effective in home, the local park, gym or fitness center. Make sure you have clearance from your Doctor/medical professional before participating in this online program. Especially if coming back from any injuries or previous health concerns.

Wednesday: 6:30am – 1:00 pm | 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am – 2:00pm | 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 3:30 P
Sunday: Closed
