Don't Coast Through the Finish Line - Finish 2025 Strong! 💪

Here we are — November already. Only two months left in the year. And they're going to fly by - they always do!
It’s easy to think, “I’ll just get through the holidays and start fresh in January. ”But let’s be honest — that “fresh start” gets a lot harder when we spend the last stretch of the year coasting.
Every week you don’t move, plan, or fuel well now means a steeper climb in January. And if this pattern sounds familiar — easing up every November and December, then “starting over” each January — it might be time to break the cycle. You’ll never really make progress if every year ends the same way.
So instead of waiting for 2026 to be different, start making it different now.
Recommit to your bare minimums — the simple, doable habits that keep you grounded when life feels full. (Yes, I'm going to keep on coming back to these!)
If you’ve slipped, that’s OK. Just pick one to get back to today. Make it simple one. Go for the low-hanging fruit. Some ideas:
Get 30g of protein at breakfast
Drink 8 glasses of water
Get to bed by 10 pm
Move for 20 minutes
And while we’re talking about recommitting… that post-Halloween candy? You don’t have to eat it just because it’s there. You’re allowed to toss it (or donate it) and make space — literally and figuratively — for habits that serve you better.
Let’s make these last two months count. You’ll thank yourself in January when you’re not starting over — you’re continuing forward and building real momentum for 2026.
You’ve got this. Finish the year strong, not spent.
Remember, progress not perfection!
